The comms agency for the DHL Group in the UK, Another Word is responsible for building the profile and enhancing the reputation of each of the group's businesses among customers, consumers and stakeholders. Our brief is to showcase DHL’s market leadership, its role in underpinning UK industry, its commitment to being an employer of choice, as well as amplifying ESG initiatives and corporate sponsorships, including Formula 1 and Formula E.  

Central to the brief is communicating DHL’s mission 2050, a sustainability strategy that will see the business reduce logistics-related greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050.

Amplifying key milestones, including the roll-out of electric vehicles, investment in SAF and alternative fuels, we’ve secured high-profile interviews and coverage on BBC Radio 4, Sky News and The FT that have helped elevate perceptions of the business and cemented perceptions of the company’s leadership in sustainable logistics.
